I saw a lot from the other meat Smokers this weekend. Great meat Smokers in their own rite. I saw a few interesting twists on flavors that worked really well.

I've heard of dry aging - but my guess is that meat is starting to whiff a bit.

Yes they have a lot of dry aged meat. The smell in there is heavenly

Just so everyone knows I talked to Gabbi yesterday since the motel across the street is booked solid so I asked about the castle wood motel for Michael Sperrazza. She said its under new owners and newly remodeled.she said the prices were a little lower because its been closed a while so they are trying to get a customer base. Just so you guys know its not far from the hiday gabbi said .

Bud will need a room, he just comfirmed so add him to the list

Well a comment was made a while back about being able to ride a few at a reasonable time. Don't play the bull**** game very well. May have a bad Knee and be a few on the years but will post time i depart Oklahoma and ride. Take it as a challenge. You all can be the judge and jury when i show up. For the twisties have learned and may not be up to par yet but can hold my own. Really spent a lot of time and work on the bike for this run. Have tried in the past to make a good run but work has not allowed it. So when you figure after missing a few good runs and being disappointed the energy level is very high. Sweet heart you ain't seen nothing yet.
