This is a tough crowd for unfinished sheet metal, but I'm jazzed with my tank cut-down.

Glad to see you back and posting again.

Looks like the worlds fastest Rocket (in a sanctioned event) is looking to break it's own record.

Just curious why the big change, I thought you were moving on to some sort of KZ/ZX/Super Busa.

Sometimes that's all the reason you need.

looks fast~~ BST carbon wheels and BERINGER brakes are IMHO the best
lots of money though

Walt,

Bet you figured in weight loss for fuel , and have enough
for your LSR run
How much does it hold , and about how much range would you have
prowling the streets , with your supercharger

Knowing you and your design thought out concepts , I bet you made
those curves @ front of tank , to tuck your elbows in ( less drag )

Looks good

Thanks, Lester, how have you been?

I have several fast bikes (some VERY fast), but the main thing about the R3 is...

"Because It's There"

All is well Walt , I hope all is well with you.

I for one would like to see some videos of your fast and very fast bikes on your you tube channel.

I also understand the "Because it's there" thing.

Thanks, Wayne.

The tank holds about 3 gallons... of C16. My R3 is no longer "on the street", only a track bike.

The "curve" cut-outs in front are actually for my gloved hands. Regulations state that no part of the hand may touch any part of the tank when at full lock. My elbows tuck in nicely under the rear curves.

I have a YouTube Channel??? Where are my royalty checks?!?
