Looking for Triumph Pannier

I bought a used 2022 R3 GT that has the right side pannier missing. Owner told me it flew off on ride and
was never able to find it.
Does anybody have a good right side bag?
I've attached a pic on left side.....

Tonight on errand 90mi away, I lost MY right-side pannier! Am still hot. I double check when mounting them; just careful. But the sucker departed….

It’s really scary that they can still come off even when properly secured…

I've found it's easy to mistakenly think it's fully latched when it isn't. I applied 3-in-1 Lock Dry Lube to the mechanism, and now it's easy to fully seat it. I've also missed one of the three attachment points a couple of times but caught the error before rolling out. They're only rated to 80 MPH (~130 km/h), but I've had them over that without losing one (yet). Now I'm wondering if I should just ratchet-strap them to be sure. lol

You really have to give them a tug to make sure they're secure. The lock-clasp thingy is finnicky, but once it's on it's on pretty good.

I turn the key to insert the cone into the lock because just popping it in never felt right.

Yes. That’s what has me rather mad. I deliberately use the key so it’s seated without resistance, because it is stiff to press on directly; AND give it a tug afterward, soley because it doesn’t click audibly, nor feel that robust.

Kind of a “throw up your hands, wtf,” experience.

Being mid-season, and took me five months to get the first bags… admittedly, being mad isn’t gonna fix it, but, hell.
