I am considering putting Thuderbike Powersports oversize T bars on my roadster. I find the stock bars to be a bit forward and slightly lower than what I like. However, I hate to spend the money only to find that I don't like the fit. Definitely like the look!! Anyway, I was hoping that someone out there has these and is willing to give me their thoughts--good or bad...
Many people off here find the same situation with their Roadster bars and instead of putting new bars on use the Rivco Risers , i went th same route and havnt looked back. The risers fit up with a bit of a cable rerouting, nut be careful with the Thunder Bike bars as you may need longer cables and brakelines
I ran Thunderbike fat T-Bars on my Standard for a year or two. Were awesome when I was travelling a lot , could lean back on my swag (pre rider backrest days) .. they are really well made bars. I've got the stock Standard bars with Rivco risers back on my bike nowadays. If you go for the Thunderbike T-Bars you"ll only need a Classic clutch cable (3 inches longer) .. throttle cables and brake lines fit.

I am on my 4th Rocket which is a Roadster and I am refusing to ride it until I fit my new T - Bars which are being delivered next Wednesday.......I had T-Bars on all my previous Rockets and much prefer them over stock......it steers a hell of a lot better around corners

I had my bars made for me,I only had longer cables on my last Rocket as it had risers aswell....my others fitted with stock cables as the bars are slightly narrower.....820mm wide,160mm pullback and I think 9 1/2" rise with 1" back on the side stems
