I will be running K&N x3, Secondaries Removed, and custom 3-3 exhast that will be pretty open (but not completely, like drag pipes).

I have downloaded Tripp's custom tune from the Tune ECU Site for

Rocket III, without catalyst, Jardine exhaust, 3 K&N air filters 2780, Fuel up to E10, Minimum 95 RON (89 RON/MON) fuel,

I dunno how free-flowing the Jardine is, d'you folks think it will work?

ETA: There was only ONE custom tune for the Classic - and it didn't really say what it was except "full power". I ride an 07 classic tour if it makes a difference.

I would recomend getting dynoed i dont think a canned tune will get u close enough.
I had a mate that put straight through street sweepers on his rocket and he lost alot of power due to lack of back presure i wouldnt recomend them for the rocket unless u dont care about power loss

They are going to be baffled - not straight through. A Dyno is sadly not an option, as that requires me to spend another ~350.00 to get a PCIII or PCV and nearly $450-500 (The local dynotune center rate) to get the bike TUNED ..... Thats 8-900.00 USD, which is a paycheck. I figured I could start somewhere and after some study start changing the tables in TuneECU to match..

If they are baffled then they should look sweet and work fine
good luck . I have a tune i can send u to try its for triples cat delete and preds it may do the trick  oh and secondaries open 100%

My local Dynotune/PowerCommander place here also does TuneECU.. He STARTS at 500 for a tune with TuneECU

I have couple of tunes and one in particular that work in th short term but save up and get the PCV +Auto Tune and it will be like dyno tuning as you ride but if you don't want to go down that road do as Our Mate "Mitch" said and dyno tune it. There is another alternative check with your dyno guy what he wants to just get a reading including your AFR's, I did this and it only cost me $175 and judging from what you are saying his pricing is similar to over here once you have the time that I will happily send you, do a dyno run and see your AFR's then using the F trims in TuneECU add or subtract the percentage needed to bring it closer and accept trims.
In my case I asked how far out he thought my time was and he said it was about 10% lean across the range roughly speaking, so when I got home I added 10% to all the F trim table and the difference was out standing. Have since added the PCV+Auto Tune and she purrs like kitten on low throttle but when you open the taps She Friggin Roars like a Tiger with a Rocket up her arse

Oh and PM me your Email address if you would like the tunes I have which could be very suitable for your mods
