The bar fits pretty tight because you slide it through both sides of the channel. My wife has done almost as much as I did with no problems,
why I like this method is that it really locks the stand better than any I have seen any questions I would be happy to answer Thanks Mark

Taking it off is easy all you do is slide yellow bar with your foot swing leg over bike and push forward pull pins ans your done, or grab handel bar push forward you cant move bike without removing yellow bar
