Super important not to tuck it under the tank or somewhere hot. If you do when crawling in traffic it savagely messes up with the fueling as the ATS adjusts the fueling based on the temperature to maintain the AFR. Hotter the air temp, less fuel added, as air less dense. If incorrectly located it causes problems.

Sensor should be as close to intake as practical
