Pretty sure only the HD crate allows the bike to be loaded 'as ridden' .. you don't have to remove the front wheel , handlebars or whatever.

OK, finally got onto it.
Spoke to the guy I know out here and he said,
He has an agent that he uses weekly out of LA.
At least 4 to 6 bikes would make it feasible as costs with a 20 foot container return shipping, all import/export paperwork etc would be between 7 & 8K AUD (6 bikes is about $1333.00 each)
Sea freight out of LA to Melbourne is about 3 weeks.
Drained of fuel and battery disconnected & taped
Need a metal frame (no timber) to hold the bike so it could be strapped inside a container... he is going to send me a picture of ones made to send some bikes out from Europe

Cost $435 to get my Rocket from Melbourne back home to Brissy .. roughly the same amount of time as well ..that's a ripper deal I reckon.

Getting the fuel tank into the condom is going to be the 'big issue' I reckon .. the rest is easy-peasy. Hope some of you blokes can come see our beautiful country and spend some time with some really good blokes ( I am not one of them good blokes ) .. hahaha.

Shouldn't be a problem. We have Texas condoms available.

Truthfully though...I got each of them through university and kick started in life...the rest is up to them. The grand kids now that's a different story . I spoil the $hit out of them, load them up on sugar and caffeine then send them home to their parents and laugh my @ss off.

Three divorces and a touch of cancer has me back almost to square one. Actually, there isn't much difference in divorce and cancer. Both leave you broke and feeling like crap.
