Yes they do, I had them resoled twice. Then the leather done wore out!!
They don’t resole waterproof boots though.

Mine are GorTex and getting in need of some sole!
May have to look into this . . .

Guess i'm just a dumb Okie. Justin work boots. Pic is of a pair that was 3 years old. Did get a new pair that is a little less than a year old. Very comfortable. Don't own anything else not even a pair of tennis shoes. Pretty much water proof. Great for walking in and riding. Only draw back is not very good for jogging. Forgot to mention wife takes them outside and sprays them down with some kind of disinfection spray at times.

3 bikes and 5 pairs of boots. 3 pairs worn out and two still OK. And that's only riding 80,000 kms in 9 years.
