That had me puzzled too. Seems to be a rating system for how many posts you post or something. As it goes from 'Standard Bore' to '0.20 Over' it does seem to be as you thought.

You can change the 0.20 over to whatever you want. I changed mine to Woodenbong my home town. Don't ask me how it was a long time ago.
