The member @idk has the wiring dia for all the rockets
I told you wrong #30 is not to battery that's the way my bike is wired with lights on relays.
Something seems wrong because w/o 12v on #30 u shouldn't have headlights on unless you have them to eastern beaver or on relays like mine.

I’ts weird I agree as it’s always worked for the last year no problems

You've got more brilliant minds here at work, but I'm guessing your ignition switch is toast or that relay. Try switching relays or opening that one up as @Gregger suggested.

Tried a new relay no joy doesn’t even click so yep ignition switch may be knackered

Horn/brake light/turn indicators not working all the time

seems to be a wire in the ignition switch is lose :( no idea yet how to get that ignition switch out and repair it

Check for 12 volts on fuse # 5
If no power then white wire came loose. Probable cause to much light current.
Can do switch or mak a another switch or do a remote with fob.
Witch rocket do you have?

IF you determine it is the switch here's what I posted when I fixed mine that may be useful. The red wire inside mine was broken. The hardest part is getting the tamper proof bolts off that hold the switch in place. I used a Dremel tool.....
