That's the primary throttle position sensor... where voltage must be set correctly before attempting to reset idle stepper voltage with TuneBoy. Of course, throttle cable adjustments should be checked before beginning any of this! Following these procedures, I have never had to f@@k with the dreaded "yellow screw".

I think those are set from the manufacturer, before even being placed on the bike, so if the factory doesn't mess with it, you won't find a dealer to fix it. I would think you could really do some damage.
