Nitrous
Well, I have the New England white and clear coat paint touch up kit from Triumph, to repair the damage I inflicted on my front fender last year (while mounting my Clearview). Pic of the chips in the paint is below:
What would be the best way to repair this? Should I just get some fine sandpaper, wrap it around a block and carefully sand down the two chips; then brush on the white paint with the applicator brush. Then maybe sand it again when it's dry and then apply clearcoat?
Would I need to sand down the clearcoat touch paint?
What's the best way to "feather in" the touch up paint?
I suck at applying touch up paint; the repair always seems to be very visible when I'm done. Need tips.
