I signed the papers for a 2011 R3R

JMichael, you screwed up, now you will suffer everyday until
you get the call saying your beast is ready!
iI would have taken it home, enjoy it and take it back when accesories arrived, and again, you may have a lot more patience than me:D

I agree... hell you must have a lot of patience, :D

Hope the accessories don't take too long - unfortunately I've found "back-ordered" to be common practice for Triumph parts here out west.

But, glad to hear a new dealer is coming to Vegas, another reason/excuse to plan a ride out there!

What Marty said. So what if it might be sitting in your garage? We all 'visited' ours dozens of times a night when we first got them home. I even sat on mine and made vroom vroom noises when it was too late to start it, lifted the seat and familiarised myself with the tool kit and had a peek under the bear claw. Dennsell reckons you've got a lot of patience. That's a bloody understatement!

I took everyone's advice and called my dealer today and arranged to pick up my new Rocket. A 4 hour ride to there and 4 hours back home. I took the bike for a short ride before I loaded it in the trailer to bring it home. OMG, I forgot how good it was. It snowed on the way home, glad I trailered it.

You guys quit giving this man the wrong advise, he was happy waiting for his extras and now he had to go and get his beast, see what you guys have done??:D:D

But at least he's a HAPPY Rocket captain now,
not sittin' there waitin' on back ordered parts that might take 6 mos...
Heck Lupe, if he's like the rest of us, he'll need a new tire by the time the dealer
gets the parts in anyway, so he can get that done at the same time...;)
