Like the Johny rebs they are made by Thomas Cook Footwear so any dealer that stocks them should be able to get, I bought mine while up at Bundaberg when we stayed with Marty and Cathy Hervey Bay we went over to visit Ann's Step Mum and Marty and Cathy showed us the sights and the shop "Everything But The Bike" they have a website shop I forget exactly how much but they were not cheap but fit great and have a zipper on the inner side to make it easy getting in them with my big land anchors that and I have a high instep which prevents me getting into a lot of boots

I've been looking into having some custom made of just good heavy leather but it will cost about $1000.00 USD.
I have a design all set for riding but I need to find someone more affordable.
