Micro size jump box, 8 and 10mm wrenches, multi size Allen key tool, Gerber multitool, TuneECU Cable, TuneBOY OT2, small jewelry flat headed screwdriver, electrical tape, phone. All fits in the OEM air box nicely.
I can take like 3/4 of the bike apart with just those tools. Fix a faulty power commander, flash a limp home tune, repair any electrical issues, and call for road side pickup. On a tour trip I'd add in a few more wrenches, tire plug kit, 12v compressor, some aluminum backed tape, JB Weld, and a couple various hose clamps, quart of oil, and some silicone and silicone hose for impromptu hose repair.
