Self-assembled custom tool kit in a Kriega tool roll, tire plugging kit, a spare throttle grip (the electrically heated ones for these are crap, I'm basically waiting for mine to break) are the big ones. Might add the stock clutch and throttle cables I have laying around after swapping them out for custom, just in case.
 
Tyre repair kit
small 12v compressor
side cutters and fuses and short length of electrical wire
Multi meter(now)
a bit of spare cash in case of loss of wallet
a few cable ties and a strong occy strap
 
Usually Multi tool , small socket/screwdriver set , zip ties , small LED torch puncture repair kit , phone charger plugs into power outlet , couple rags and Spare key in a secret spot
