Do you currently have TORs? If so, you can do the triple filters for $150. Then buy a pcv and get it tuned.
 
only had for a month, got right at 500 miles. not bad considering I have been gone at work for two weeks
 

Dyno results vary depending on how they are standardized. There is STD and SAE. They are different.
 
Go to the Carpenter Racing web site. You can get over 240 hp for $6300 plus their custom exhaust (probably around $1500) plus several hundred for tuning.
