What the best way to remove the marks ?

I would (on a cool exhaust) try some different soaps on a soft cloth, or try alcohol, mineral spirits. Or if all fails, on the backside in a small spot, test some acetone or laquer thinner. In fact, it wouldn't hurt to try anything you use on an unseen spot first. Better safe than sorry. And I would rub front to back.

Isopropyl will leave a residue behind. The denatured evaporates completely.

Along those same lines I think Everclear (190 proof) is similar. You know, the stuff you used to make "Jungle Juice" back in the day...

I tried to drink a shot of that once, and my throat is apparently smarter than my brain, it closed up and absolutely wasn't going to let me swallow that.
