I throw my RIII around like it's 200 kilos. Watched a new owner just yesterday wobbling around feet dragging and looking really nervous. Not if you can flatfoot at lights , it's being familiar with the bike. Likes been said for any tester to compare a RIII to a V-Rod is just ridiculous.
TC,
I see those slow speed, both feet off the pegs, outrigger style, riders all the time. How the hell they figure that gives them better control is beyond my understanding.
My R3R smoked two V-Rods whilst I was on my recent ride-a-bout.
One was in a straight on drag race and one was in the twisties of Arkansas.
The V-Rod is a nice around town tavern hopper that will allow its owner entry into the hallowed Harley community. I don't believe it is a competent cross country traveler as are the Rockets.

I'm 162 cm(5.3)and 61kg and get this me on my r3 with the mods i done now have more power to weight than my mate on his 2012 zx14 ( the worlds fastest production bike so they claim) he weighs 107 kg and i throw it aroung as if it was a 250
At 6'2" it's nice to have on a bike that you can stretch your legs out and ride. And even better to stand up at a light with your bike between your legs and scratch your nuts.
