any reccomendations? I was looking at various Kury products and such but wondering what others are using?

not into anything fancy just want to strecth out on the road, I wish the factory pegs were further forward then they are.

if someone made a full set of forward controls I'd have to get them

forward controls

hi regulator, I posted this the other day, www.raask.se/ I think thats right have a set of movable pegs on the market. forward or backward, they have pictures on their web site. also i have put my h/w pegs from the harley on the R3 as the they are the best i've seen.

yeah I guess I'll go down to the HD stealership and see if they have some with no logos, any idea what size the factory engine bars are before I go measure them...

I have seen some nice Kury pegs but they are pricey. I was thinking some simple pegs with clamps, I'm 5-11 and just want to stretch, plus I'm tired of scraping my boots in the twisties on the way to work

size

Hi regulator, I don't know the Triumph bar size, I have Rivco's and they are 1 inch which in my opinion is piss poor. The harley pegs are 1 1/4 inch so I had to get nylon spacers made, but the top of the range HD brackets are the best and they dont have a HD logo & you can fit whatever pegs you want. 8)

pegs

Thanks Dave, I have the pegs off my HD on the rivco's, had to make nylon bushes to suit but works well, and are the best looking ones on the market that I have seen. originally costalot but worth it in my opinion.

move pegs back

I agree, it would be nice to move your feet back some on long rides, I mounted an afterset of pegs to the bars for now. I'm hoping they'll come out with a kit to move the Classic ver, back some with the floor boards.

I put universal pegs on and they work ok but one is curved a bit because of the bar being curved. Is there a kit that gets around this?

Regulator, I just picked up a set of Kury forward pegs for my Triumph dresser bars - haven't put them on yet but they look great. They're retractable and have a clamshell type bracket with a single tension-bolt. I think I'm going to like them - will let you know.

Sound like the ones I have, but the right side bar on the rocket is slanted some, if you mount it toward the back of the bar.
