Indeed it is, congrats and welcome. Head on over to the R3 Touring forum and find the thread named "R3T derestricting", once you get the bike broken in you probably want to get that taken care of. I say that with the experience of a guy who waited 2 years and now wishes I hadn't waited.
 
Congratulations...where did you pick it up and where did you end up...not much info under your profile.

I totally agree ,once you get used to the bike don't wait too long to do the basic TORS exhaust and K&N Air Filter and remap of the Electronics, I am not a wiz on Electronics so just did the easy bolt on things then took the bike to a specialised Bike Dyno Guy and he did his own remap , awoke the sleeping giant ,sounds better and goes like it should have in the first place, my dyno guy says the factory tune and air/exhaust on the R3T performs like trying to blow a golf ball through a garden hose ,get the picture!
 
I didn't even touch the hardware, just the tune made an enormous difference.
