Help with brakes

I'm looking at this right now and there are no rubber lines, there's is a short rigid line and the flexible lines are braided steel

OK check the lines for a blockage .

My apologies didn't think about the abs as my R3T doesn't utilize them.

I can't just bleed the brakes like normal if they have abs?

I don't believe so ,never persued this sorry.

When did they start putting abs on these, I didn't think mine had it

I don't think yours does but you can look underneath your bike and see the ABS unit if it is equipped. It is a fairly big box, on the bottom, behind the engine. It will have lines from the front and back brakes going to it.

Ok, that means I don't have abs. At least that quickly eliminates one more possibility but I'm still stumped as to what my problem is. And thank you to everyone trying to give me some ideas

Bryan post a picture of your rear rotor and we will tell you whether you have ABS or not.
