Help 2008 r3 touring not starting

Are you saying after 2700 mechanic didnt know pressure in each hole?
No he definitely noticeable loss in #2 others were a little over 200, I think they were something like 220 and #2 was in the 160s range, he just didn't go further and tri to find out what was causing it, a leak down test would have shown. But I guess if it's anything internal I guess I don't want to know cause I don't have the time and shop or money to fix it, so I will probably ride it till it gets alot worse.

I really did it this time I broke the bolt for the crank position sensor big bummer
I think that you need to put a thick terminal with thick short wire (on lower starter bolt) and zip tie it to the crank sensors wires.
now the sensor works on a magnetic principle so it is being pulled up and will not fall out.
now i am not going to reread 60+ threads but it seems that you are mostly telling us what you are doing instead of asking what we think you should be doing.
i am thinking that a back fire threw the intake is due to either a vacuum leak or map sensor.
haver you tried to balance throttle bodies. should all be around 640 640 640 they can be off plus or minus 10

Yes I balanced the primary tps, but couldn't figure out the secondary tps on the android tune ecu as it was grayed out, ( couldn't select it) I think I read somewhere on here that there is an idle screw, but I don't see one, just adjusting the stepper motor to adjust the idle, is that correct.
I think I might have a used map sensor I got from pinwall salvage as an extra, I can try plugging that in, I will spray some carb cleaner around the vacuum lines, but I don't think I have a leak, they are all in good condition, flexible wise. So I've been doing this slowly cause I don't have a lot of extra time and trying not to just replace parts to chase the cause, I think a leak down test is the next in order as the compression is more than 15% lower than the other 2, but what do I know I've just been acting as a small engine repair tech for the last 2.5 years, and learned self taught threw the last 50 someone years by necessity and Stationary engineering for 35 years. But I don't blame you for not wanting to read 6 pages of the process of diagnosing a problem, if you want you can either ignore it or come back in a year or so if you're still interested at all, as I think that's why we are all part of this forum because we like or rockets and like to make them better, but hey I maybe wrong, won't be the first time, well enjoy your day and thanks for your input turbo, oh did I also say $ is a factor also, and this is the most I spent on it already in 4 years that I had it counting tires

Well the idle screw is there but it is set at factory and best not to mess with it.
the stepper motor is not for setting idle it is more like a setting for the throttle position sensor. you can use tuneecu to back stepper all the way off and set tps at .062 volts
then when normal set tps adjusting nut to read .072 to .074 after that the ecu adjusts the fuel mixtures and volume and stepper motor to achieve ecu desired idle.
on my 07 it does not do very good for cold idle but works great after it runs a couple of minutes.
now the tuneecu has a selection for desired idle most of the guys selected 850 but i choose 750 and that maybe a little fast i think that normal is 650
hth herman

as far as the secondary tps
most of the guys use the tuneecu to set the 2nd tps to 100%
i leave it restricted up to 3500 rpm then have it set to open 100% above 3500 rpm.
