Adjusted free play and it's 100% better. Guess I need to be more aware of PM that in the past.

Thanks for all the input. I'll probably have the fluids changed soon also. Can't hurt!

This mightake it easier for you. No pressure on cluth lever notice the aluminum ferrule against the knurled adjuster stud.

No below no pressure on clutch lever again
But I pull on the clutch cable sheath.

Notice the gap about a 1/8th inch. Or about 3 mm. . I find this is a easy way to check while engine is running or not. Also good oil is cheaper then good engine parts. Carpenter uses AMS oil diesel oil. They believe the clutch spring overrides any affects of no clutch additives. Some have switched. I myself have and like the results better. Again I'm more preaching a good quailty oil pictch not a brand name thing. Although if you think shell rotella stuff just take a hammer to it ;)

Am I the only one that keeps my bike in gear when it's parked? I rarely shift out of first at lights, either - not unless I've been there for ever and need to pick my nose or something.

I rarely find N. Normally, on the rare occasion, when I start her up before I'm ready to go or when i'm backing up on a grade (since she rolls easier in N)...
