I guess it is because that a lot of riders find no fault with them ,or can live with them and do not change them :?

Setting

Hi Owl.
I am on the softest setting, I think it might have bottomed out once, probably have to tweak it up for a passenger.
I agree with the 'should have got it right first time' comments, might write to Triumph with a moan about it. (For all the good it'll do)
