Ok, so I have a Ramair air filter kit so I will need to take apart all. So I will lift the frame with a crane a the engine will be in a dolly o plataform. Sound so fun! (Crying inside) 😢

There probably all confusing, im a red neck with little capability 😂
The one with the bulldozer....more useful than a thought! 🤘 btw..how many times you change the trans? I that bad the transition on this rockets? I bought this bike used 4 months ago. 24k miles (first rocket and I am in love of this one)

BTW… I’m planning to move the bike using a motorcycle hitch hauler mount. The front wheel fits fine on the mount, but the rear tire is too wide (240mm).
My question is: what’s the best way to disconnect the driveshaft so I can haul it with just the front wheel on the mount?

this is the mount, its going be connected to my truck hitch:

There is no easy way to remove the driveshaft.
Planning on replacing rear tire so while doing that I will check the possibility of removing
The drive spline (without causing problems)

Go to a loading dock, make or buy a cradle and put it in bed of your truck, make sure to tie it down securely, or rent a trailer.

Ive done trans a couple times, the forth will break in these and the circliips have come loose, Robinson industries or a race engineering manufacturing shop can sort it out for ya, back cut, polish, big circlips or spiralocs , billet 4th gear, tgen youre good, you can flog on it.

You think will damage more the trans if I transport the bike in neutral and the clutch press down?

Another way, if you're not in a hurry, is to do the work yourself, without a lift or friends. You'll need a rack to store all the motorcycle parts)

I like this idea...take all apart except the engine...how long took you?
