Well, the detente spring is replaced, it didn't fix the problem, which I expected, but I figure it's good preventative maintenance. It's the second gear problem, I did more searching, and my buddy just finished and said it only seems to be second gear. My dealership owner called me today, on doing work on his daughter's house, when I told him, he said maybe he could work some magic. I talked to cardinal93, he said he's been short shifting second for 2 years, and it's been OK, so guess I'll see some of y'all in Montrose, if the Lord is willin', and the levee don't break.
