Shoei RF1000. Speakers fit okay but fitting mic is more of a problem. My wife has no issues but I use a open face Chatterbox as could make mic fo fullface helmet fit.

I wear a SHOEI full face and use the Chatterbox XBi2.Buggered if i know what model helmet as I bought it back in 2005.I ended up carving some foam out to make the speakers recessed as the original set up was pressing against my ears.Trouble is now theyre too far away now .Ferk!!! Still , I can hear fine all music and comms.I have the open face kit and the boom works great .If you need to have a chat ,ya can shove the boom in front of ya teeth ,tho i can get away with it just touching my chin .The good thing about using the half face kit with a full face is ,is that you can swing it outside the helmet when ya not using it. I was sceptivcal at first ,but now its he go , i realise.

I just bought a Scorpion EXO full face helmet and really like it. The helmet has great reviews and they are less expensive than most helmets of the same quality. Check out their web page.

I've run a Scala Rider Q2 (similar to the Chatterbox model of yours) in both of my Scorpion helmets, a fiberglass full-face EXO 700 and a plastic modular EXO 900 Transformer. There is a nice ear well where you can velcro the speakers into and route the wiring between the padding. Nice and clean install. If your mic is on a wire as opposed to a boom, there is a nice spot on the chin bar top where you can mount it. It's a little air dam for your nose and the mic fits right up there. The EXO 700 is a great full-face. Very comfortable. You can get some really good deals on Scorpion Helmets at www.sportbiketrackgear.com. I bought my EXO 700 as a closeout (paint style change) a few years ago for something like $89. They have some now for $79.
As I'm sure you know.... all helmets fit differently so it's best to try a few out. Not forgetting there are 'quiet' and 'noisy' helmets, so be sure to read up on which is best for you.
I have Shoei with intercom now but tried a 'Justimmo" flip-lid before deciding. Personally I found the flip-lid to be totally useless if you're riding above 30mph, as with most all flip-lids there are more joints/gaps for air to squeeze into making them noisy at speed.
Unless you're lucky and have a deformed head you will probably need to remove some padding around the ear piece area for a comfort fit .

If you're really after speakers etc add the following to your list
Schuhberth - They do an integrated module. Scala iirc. Also one of the quietest lids anywhere - useful if you want to listen to speakers.

When using my Scorp 900 modular, I've had phone conversations rolling 70+ mph down the Interstate and the person on the other end has no clue that I'm on a motorcycle. For a modular, it's rather quiet. I don't know what Scorpion had in mind but on the lower left side of the helmet where you mount the Chatterbox or Scala, there is a removeable panel that was intented for a comm unit. Not sure which one but the panel is there nontheless.
