I have done some preliminary measurements and it seems that they will be in the correct position, but I wont know for sure until I get the brackets made and get some foot pegs on there however I will say that 11" would be the max I could have them maybe I will have to bring them in a little, like yourself.

by the way I will check the refined cycle option out too thanks

Geez guys , much simpler solution just get a few pairs of these to help you reach.;):p:D

Let me know if you want pics of the master cylinder bracket it if you need some options
Gday Simon would like to see the pic of the master cylinder mount if you have it, I notice on the earlier rockets the foot peg rails are higher than the ones on my 2014 I have decided to go down the fabrication road for these forward controls so I can fully customise the length and position to suit me. Im pulling the brackets in as close to the motor as I can too, so I will have to space the pegs and brake lever out to avoid burning knees on the exhaust

Gday Simon
Thanks heaps for those pics, I thought that the master cylinder bracket would require a front mount to avoid flex when applying the brake, but obviously this hasnt been a problem. I can go ahead and make the bracket now I have seen yours, it was doing my head in trying to find a front mount location without making the bracket long enough to be secured by the front bracket and avoiding using any of the engine bolts as mounting points
cheers
Kev
