It would be nice to move your feet back some on long rides, I mounted an afterset of pegs to the bars for now. I'm hoping they'll come out with a kit to move the Classic version rocket with the floor boards, shifter, and brake, back some or an adjustable floorboard of some kind.
There fairly comfortable otherwise.
How is the positioning/comfort of the new pegs (kit)? Did the Rivco boards fit on the new peg kit? That kit replaces the whole bar, shifter, and brake on each side, correct?
11 year old Son said peg position was excrutiatingly wrong (think his expression was kaning!) Tripletreat (Who rode many k,s before accepting my open offer to ride with whover offerred greatest comfort as the most important thing was to just enjoy!!) didn,t complain but felt uneasy without sissy bar!! Son never complained about feeling lack of rear bar but felt his legs were jammed forward too far!!
I think it all requires a pretty personal touch more so than rider possy!! So height , leg length and sitting possy of passenger crucial to planning.
pilliuon riding is an art I couldn,t join in except from front. I think the experience of "two being one" in ride is what it is all about, and I think a sissy bar spoils that and reduces rider passenger coordination.
Come to think of it one of the grand prix features was a pillion ride on a racer at near same racing speed. Thats what I,m talking about,, man they operated as one + trust with a capital T and as One with a capital O!!!!
