Flooding down in Texas. Thought my Rocket could do anything, it cant swim.

I saw earlier some disbelief about electrical service still being on in a flooded facility. I did spend a bit of time paddling a kayak through a flooded apartment complex and heard A/C units running in water deep enough that the fans on top were churning water, waded chest deep into an apartment and saw a clothes dryer floating in the laundry room with the lights still on, clock and lights still on on the stove and microwave. It was an eery feeling.
