Finally got myself a R3 Classic

I wonder if it is a put together Classic. Please take a picture of the serial number sticker. Show the build date part of it.

Looks like it's a 2004, first registration in 2005 am I right?
So it's a put together Classic I guess.

Build date is on the right front frame - a sticker on the tube right above the front engine mount bolt. Note the radiator cap

From the gauges and other info know you have an 05 standard with 2006 classic tins. Doesn't matter as it has red so it is fast plus no one put a car tire on it

I'm sorry I meant 07 classic tins. But hey, it's a rocket it does not matter. Myself I like the two tone paint schemes but also like the fact early rockets were not just black but also had fewer transmission problems.

BTW, a few questions now that i have your attention

I was told it's an original exhaust on it, with the cat removed and the inside stuff removed so it's straight through.

Not sure if it's been adjusted afterwards.
When releasing the gas, it backfires or whatever you call it.
After startup, it goes up and down in revs, prob from 800 to around a 1000. When it's warm it stops.
Runs good though, fast as h*ll, but these things just made me wonder.
