I like the look of black and have a few black touches on mine. I'd probably prefer a black bike if I wasn't concerned about it going slower.

The shroud is plastic, and heat is involved, but they baked it on with a low heat. I am told it will be good as. if not I will tell you guys. I thought it was worth a go, shrouds aren't that expensive to replace, and i like the blacked out look.
Dont knock the seat, done a lot of miles on that one with no sore bum happening. I actualy bought it for the Ol'Shiela before she bought her own bike but liked it so much myself I kept it on. Got a big trip around Oz in March/May so a bit of sheepskin under the a..e is the trick.
