Thanks I will look or maybe my manual shows it. Today all my bikes are out of the garage along with our old 1938 Buick and we are waiting for delivery of some mobile storage shelving. I'm going to spend the next couple of days organizing our garage. NO FUN BUT NECESSARY
should you want to read codes you can order cable + DVD from datatools in GB it plugs in the connector beside your battery (R3 roadster) just like the factory .

I got the cable already when I first got the bike. Next step is to find someone that has used something on a Touring model and buy the reader and learn from him. It will happen after the heat wave is gone here in Vegas. Maybe I will get serious in October. We may ride to Oregon in two weeks, I don't know if we will take the Rocket or the Boss Hoss yet.

If time is not a factor take the Rocket if you need to get there in a hurry take the Boss Hoss:roll:

Its a toss up, I could flip a coin and be fine with heads or tales. I haven't ridden the Rocket on any trips longer than 850 miles round trip , this one will be over two thousand miles so maybe I'll take it.

How much is an extended zero deductible 6 year warranty? Where do you get it?

Every manufacturer will do an extended warranty, usually it is handled by a third party. BUT,we found out the hard way with my wife's cadillac, you MUST get it BEFORE the factory warranty expires. We put it on our young lads car,and on my truck, $1400 per vehicle, well worth it as electronic failure can cost big bucks. Talk to your dealership.

I've got 6 months left on my 2-year factory warranty, so I went to a dealer today in SoCal today to talk about extended warranties (while they ordered a replacement radiator cap for a faulty spring and replace the waterpump bleeder valve seal - sorry about your driveway @jpool). I was quoted $1,499 for the top-level warranty through McGraw / Western Service Contract Corp with $0 deductible, unlimited mileage, and 6 years from when the factory warranty expires. It's fully transferable, I receive a pro-rated refund if I sell or total the bike. I'm going to comb through the fine print, but if everything checks out I think I'm going to go for it. What are other riders' extended warranty deals? FYI, Triumph wouldn't offer an extended warranty to me through the dealer, and neither would RPM ONE.
