that header design is a ripoff off the carpenter brute pipe header design except i went with a flange design that does not require springs, and the flanges are separate (not all on 1 piece) which i prefer, looks lot neater imo.
the flange adapters are aluminium so you cant weld the stainless exhaust to them, thats where the stainless flanges come from to go over them.
i could dig out the paperwork to get an exact price breakdown, but the whole system cost me just over €2000, if you were really interested.
parts 1500 or so, labour 500. to be honest the labour was cheap for the time involved but quality from my stainless boy is top notch.
i get him to make stuff for the pharma company i engineer stuff for.
anyhooo the cans were 350 or so from pipewerx uk, based on a hayabusa pair,, same goes for the flanges from carpenters and same for the 3-1 collector from burns stainless.
rest of the parts were cheap and locally sourced. only trouble is the stainless flanges, i have them on cad drawing as they are water jet cut, the holes are off centre.
if anyone is real interested i could get a system supplied
