Exhaust System Help

I hope grudge match was used as a friendly term of comparison. Pipe against pipe. I'm guessing since the CES pipe was designed for best performance on a stock motor, and the Carpenter pipe was for a modified one, that the CES will perform better especially in the lower half of the rpm range (Like Neville said). I'm just hoping it doesn't out perform so well that I feel compelled to spend the $2000 on a new exhaust.

All's quiet on the Western Front and it should stay that way. Steel & Tex you have nothing to worry about other than having a good time when you meet up! There clearly is no grudge or pissing contest at hand, but it would be awfully nice to have sequential, side by side dyno runs done with these two exhaust systems, performed on the same machine, under as close to identical conditions as possible, just to see the data.

Who the hell wants to do all that exhaust system work?
Dyno one- bolt off - bolt on - dyno another - bolt off - bolt on???:p

HEY if it works that well then Ill buy one The Brute pipe was designed to make HP in the higher rev range and we wanted to produce the best performance for the modded Rockets The stock Rockets have all the low and midrange power you need for any cruising situation

I have not intended to cause trouble at all, if there is to be a comparison of any parts, exhaust or whatever it should be a valid comparison. Some folks parts may be sh1tcanned or praised incorrectly otherwise. 1olbull, plenty of folk were interested in ME spending time and effort testing air filters recently to see if they were what was claimed, so I guess the same applies to these exhausts. It is all interesting for the users of this site. Canberra, if done well the test will show that numbers are not meaningless. Maybe the absolute number does not matter, but the comparison number is very useful, thats how developement is done. With no development nothing would be available for any of you guys to buy for your bikes. Cheers guys.
