Only diff 210 to 240 seems to be the pistons.
Wonder if the cams share the same grind???
 
So thats 240 HP NATURALLY? No Turbo or supercharger?
Its darn close mine came in at 243.
You should also know you need to have a Power commander unit.
And Bob will do it without his pipe but the power might not be the same depending on the pipe you choose.
I must admit the bike runs great, so far I have about 6000 miles on the engine.

Why is the PCV necessary?
IS it necessary with the 225 HP set up as well?

Since the PCV is a signal interceptor it overrides the pulse width ratio on the injectors so you can utilize a higher percentage of them. The only other way would be to spend more money on larger injectors.

Seriously now . . . is this due to the porting and increased fuel flow?
Or what? I am just trying to understand why it's not necessary on a stock engine and what difference causes the requirement of a PCV.
