Excessive Wear?

My sense is that the Cobra and Exedra Max are very comparable rear tires other than for the nearly 50% price premium the Avons command and the nearly 1/2 inch lift the B'stone provides in the rear due to its higher profile. That and the section width differential does affect the R3's geometry, yielding improved handling, IMO, while also correcting the nearly 7% speedo deviation. I do my dead level best not to ride in the rain, so I cannot attest to the wet grip superiority that those running Cobras claim. Since I avoid riding in those conditions, that feature is not high on my list of needs.

Those folks at AMT appear to be yanking your chain, weidemann!

With my non shaft motors, I go to a huge park lot and adjust chain/belt by the hands off bars tracking method.
Not sure if/how I can do this in the Rocket.

Lucky for me I have a long straight flat road (floods when it rains).
If you don't have one, perhaps a stadium, airport, port, or industrial area parking lot.

I know my rocket pulls a little left, has done so since I got it with 4.5 miles on the odo, tire wear seems normal. No doubt that is partially due to my habit of hunting twisties often and minimizing freeway time.
