engine management light "on"

Sounds to me like it could also be a frayed cable binding up in the handle bar end.

CEL = check engine light

My money is on the primary TPS .
I suspected that as well since all the mechanical parts are ok
,does that mean it has to go to the dealer, or is it something that a hammer can fix in the privacy of my garage

cannot be a frayed cable the stop is too clean and the throttle roll correspond to the rotating wheel down by the throttle body

OK.... Maybe a cracked or broken throttle hand control (Internal)?????
Just posting ideas..........

it does not look like it is a problem at the handlebar most likely down by throttle body in my opinion on the 15 th I take it up to the shop we will find out .

Shop sounds like the right step mate. Done what you can to try and rectify the problem .. frustrating when you can't sort stuff out I know.

I will post the results when it is all fixed

You could fix it your self but you would have to get the Tune ECU thing sorted out first.

how do you figure that one out I can use my old laptop it has 1.8.2 version of tune ecu I connected that to the the bike I had the green square and could read the faulty code about my engine light on (actually 2 faultys codes, none related to the throttle)but nothing else could be done if you have ideas please let me know
