Do you really need the 10K service?

Always put a small mark on the old head gasket.. then you know if they've taken the head off to look at the valves.( ie used a new gasket)

the only reason mybike is going next week for the "valve clearance" only I told my dealer I would look after the oil changes myself as he does not stock the brand of oil I want, he does not have a problem with it and won't affect my warranty
