Do I have the Roadster screen?

Further to my earlier post regarding the delay between ordering and receiving Clearview windshields. I recieved a email from Brandon at Clearview today informing me that due to production problems with the grey tinted shields further delays are likely.

Tony:

From what I can surmise about Clearview, they are basically a one or two man operation not like National Cycle and thank goodness for that. National is a MF'er to deal with. if you look at the Triumph branded windscreens on any model, you'll see that National makes them all. I had a couple of go arounds with them over the summer screen on the T100 and they basically told me to go buy another one, which I haven't. When I do, it will be the Clearview replacement. I guess by bending lexan and polycarbonate only and not providing any hardware, Clearview avoids any legalese over trade dress or copyright infringement.

Being a small shop, I can see why they might have rather long lead times.

Besides, it ain't like you are riding right now.......:) Well, bouncing around maybe.
