Desperate for a screw!

Same as many places around the world.
Prostitution and Sex work is legal in most of Australia with varying rules, regulation and monitoring by State police forces and Work Place Safety etc etc. Like the 'Ranches' in Nevada I suppose. ;) 🤔
Some States require registered premises in specific areas only and /or also allow 'Escort' visiting or sole operators.
They even have working visas for overseas sex workers to work in registered brothels in some States.
Most mainstream Newspapers have an Adult Escort etc section in the Classifieds, which is almost the primary content now that nearly everything else is sold online.

We even have sexworkers for handicapped and the clients can claim Govt funding (within their individual total service budget) to be serviced by a sex worker under the National Disability Insurance Scheme covered by Federal income tax on all tax payers and not related to an individual's employment.
All citizens are covered for disability but you must be registered and receiving services under the Scheme before age 65.
If you get any disabling conditions or paraplegia etc after 65 you are not eligible and fall back on standard National Health and Aged cared Services that existed prior to the NDIS introduction a few years ago.

An enlightened society?

I've got 3 years to get my disabilities registered and then sadly.....it'll probably take me another 20 to get over my inhibitions and repression! ;) :(
