So I am getting my Triple K&N's soon, moving the overflow bottle, got a TuneECU cable in the mail today, and the Eastern Beaver Headlight mod w/ Cutoff Switch..

I have the TORS, and I know removing the cat-box adds a lot more volume/tone to them. However, looking at the cost of the Cat-delete and the fact that I want something custom-looking, I have been speaking to a local fabricator about having some custom pipes made for my '07 Classic Tour.

I am looking at something similar to one of the following three designs...

What do you guys think? I was thinking that the first two would look GNARLY with 3-3 turned-down pipes, and sound just nasty and mean. The third one is neat, but would sitll be a normal 3-1..

I plan to remove my bags for a while (factory install left ALL of the interior screws stripped so I have to cut them off to get the bags off), and maybe build a custom set of metal hard-bags when my new welder gets here, so bag clearance isn't an issue. Pipes will probably all be wrapped..

Those are great looking options. Get a PCV w/ AT or quality dyno tune.

PowerCommander does not lust the PCV with auto tune as compatible w 07 R3 Classic. Was hoping I could find a TuneECU tune and go from there

One would think the PC111's would drop drastically in price due to obsolescence??

No that would not be as profitable, they want sell all thePCIII the they probally announce that the PCV will work on the older models as well and then they would digest that you upgrade and switch
The guy I spoke was very tongue in cheek but when I asked him his only explanation was that had only testeded/ developed it on an 09 but the 04 all the way till 09 use the same set up you just have to pretend it is an 09
I don't know if you could use a PCV + AT with the 3 outlet unless you had a balance pipe
But geting back on Topic your idea of 3 seprecate pipes will make tuning difficult unless you had a balance pipe hidden in behind and the shorter pipes will rob you of some torque while yes they will allow quick exhaust flow and possibly a nice gain in HP, you should consult a good tuner before you spend the bucks. The 3 into 1 would be a better option as for style and function I have been discussing a similar thing with a local s/steel pipe and general fabricator about making a similar shaped muffler x3 but very pricy.
Skip is waiting for Sam to make a set of 3 separate header pipes which come down at an angle do a couple of small bends a dump straight down behind the engine, I am on my I phone at moment and will post picture of what he has in mind tomorrow morning

Looks interesting, however you'll probably need to fit heat shield to at least 2 of the three free flowing pipes,

I believe that the 3 into 1 configuration has been shown to be the most efficient for producing power and, so far, this exhaust system has been proven to be the best of that design: Carpenter Race Engines - Triumph Rocket III

Somebody, somewhere, sometime might be able to improve on the Carpenter design and results, but I would wager not by very much at all.
