I have a set here, if you really want me to verify what I said above I can give you numbers. I did not need to test them with a tester, I just squeezed them with my fingers....
On some of the roadster clutches around 2012 had the what they called a shim I call it a washer. For which i see it does absolutely nothing ecvept rin out in the groove of the lifter piece and rattle.
Weird idea from a non mechanic but maybe it is there to rattle around and keep gunk/sludge from sticking and causes performance issues? I suppose many clutches would remain untouched for life of bike and many oil/filter changes.
That explains why I never measured them before. I got some, as at the time I could not get anything else. Once I felt how weak they were I did not even try them in a bike. This was maybe five years ago, they been sitting ever since.
