Clunk

Hell, just about all bikes have a clunk. The Rocket though is really clunky. No getting away from the sounds the giant mechanicals are making in that gearbox. Well... you could wrap your whole engine in sound insulation foam. That'll do the trick!

Anyways, what we're saying is it's normal.

Interesting... Thanks all for the input! I did discover if I wear a full coverage helmet the clunk doesn't sound so bad :wink: Guess it is something I will get used to! I also have a 955cc Daytona and it also clunks but not quite as bad as the R3. No big deal I guess!
