Riding to work today Shifted from 3-4 Rattle grind clatter bang Back wheel locked up and it sounds like somebody chucked a bag of spanners in there... Anyone got any ideas...I'm guessing its going to be expensive ;(

Standard 05 25K on clock, Apparently its something in the gearbox..Stuck between 2/3 possibly!! Selecting gears when switched off but rattles like a bag of spanners when trying to engage when running Been quoted £3K plus to repair

Bloody 'ell, 3k - that's a bummer. How are you with spanners, can you do it yourself? You will get a lot of advise on here if you want - Warp knows loads.

I would suspect the only way for second and third gear trying to be in gear at the same time is something is out of wack with the spool that moved the shift forks. or a snap ring came out alowing things to wonder a bit on the shafts. Just speculating though at all I have is some picture to look at and speculate with.
