What a terrific bunch or intellect! You guys have expanded my Triumph Knowledge my R3 knowledge and riding......what that all means is I am enjoying my bike a 1000 times more with the forums you have contributed to!!!! God I like this bike!!!!!

I've done the K&N's, Tuneboy, Have the Preds to install...But I also have a backup hotrod. Yes, it's a Harley. And yes, it's fast!

Harley?Fast? As compared to what?

I used to think my Harley was fast. I guess it is when compared to other Harleys. When I ride it now (mainly to keep the tires from going flat) it is uneventful. I find myself going ho hum when I crank the throttle. Of course, I'm spoiled....but I like it

Compared to a stock Harley, my 1981 Yamaha Heritage 400 was fast, shoot even my Honda 305's could haul....just not for the long distance (don't ask me how I know?).
