Never seen any. You could have your current ones "chromed", there are processes that achieve a mirrored look.
 
You can have them painted to look chrome. Eastwood.com sells a chrome aerosol paint. I have never tried these but you can google and see results.

Actual chrome plating requires metal, I believe, as electricity is involved. Would have to be something fake but chrome like.

Chrome paint doesn't look like chrome, it looks like silver paint. So that's probably not going to fly. However...

I hear a lot of interesting stuff about "Spectrachrome". Might be something to look into. Very very chrome like but goes on like paint, well it's a multi-stage process but still. Maybe can find someone in the vicinity who does it.
