I'll see if I can find The one I did when I built my temporary baffles. There is a before and after on it.

Johnny I have to confess I am note a Tune Wiz, and got the Bike Dyno Guy at Sportscycle Whitebridge do the tune,I have used his services on a few bikes and always get good results, Hanso has got the Tune methods down to a fine art he is the guy to talk to if you are able to adapt his tunes ,I would just bugger it up, yep great riding weather down here I did a 300Klm "coffee Run" yesterday with a few of my Mates
Cheers

Thanks mate ,I will get a delete pipe just to get rid of that ugly box under the bike, its one of those tinkering things that eventually gets to me and I have to do.

Hey Ken I know your in Australia and shipping is a bit expensive. Our son is in the States but working on going back to Australia with his work VISA if he does and you have not built your own cross-over I would be willing to build and send it as luggage. Not trying to step on any toes just throwing it out there. He works in Melbourne but once in country shipping shouldn't be to bad.

Sounds good to me John ,If you make one that will fit up to the stock header pipe and then to TORS that would be great, let me know how it works out and the cost
Thanks Mate

Actually working on that. I do have a question do the TORS have the same brass bushing on the intake of the muffler? Or is the size of pipe different? Let me know and should have a price next week looking at leaving them long for final fitting and using Hi heat paint.

John, the Touring's TORS fit the cross over box exactly the same as the original silencers same pipe diameter and round gaskets ,when I fitted my TORS I found my pipe gasket rings were still like new so I used them again and kept the ones that came with the TORS as spares ,it was a straight original off and TORS back in the same position, the "Mixer Box" on the Touring has a mounting bracket on it I don't know if the roadsters and Classics have the same mounting , also my Touring has ABS I don't know if that make any difference
Cheers Ken

Ken
The reason I was asking is since I am using 2" pipe then the ends are 1.75 " pipe I had to remove the round gaskets then the mufflers slip right on and sealed no problems. Someone also suggested 2" allowing more options for those who have not bought mufflers yet. Should have new video up by Monday/Tuesday for ya'll.

Thanks Johnny
